Your project will move through the following phases established to bring your website to life on schedule and on budget:

Project Launch. This may be the first conversation we have with you or your company.  During this phase, our team be introduced to your project and the goals you have for your website.  This phase may result in a face to face meeting or in depth phone conversation where we can explore your requirements further in order to provide a quote.

Analysis.  CoolCoyotes will meet with you to understand your needs and the initial requirements for your site.  This process may entail meetings, phone calls, and site reviews.  If you already have requirements documentation, we'll discuss features and functions that you've already thought about.  Once we learn what you need, we can develop a project proposal that focuses on your requirements and goals.

Specification. This is a fancy word for our proposal which will specify exaclty what work is needed to create your website, graphic design, features and functions that your project will require.  If you chose to move forward, then you've just chosen a howling good website! 

Design and Development.  In this phase the web site begins to come to life. CoolCoyotes will establish your hosting environment, a development environment, create your graphic design and establish your site navigation and layout.  We'll place all of your content on the site and implement any special functionality required by your site.

Testing. CoolCoyotes will test the site and all elected features to make certain they function according to the requirements and specifications. Then you'll have a chance to test the web site, identify issues, and request changes. CoolCoyotes will correct anything that needs attention.   Once you approve the site, we're ready for launch.

Promotion: The development site will be promoted to the live site environment!
