I am writing to share some exciting changes to your pregnancy center website.
As you may know, the Option Line website program was launched two years ago in an effort to provide professional, affordable websites to pregnancy centers. CoolCoyotes has been proud to partner with Option Line in this effort and both CoolCoyotes and Option Line consider our joint efforts a success. But as of June 30, our contract to provide the Deluxe and Ministry websites through Option Line came to an end.
What do you need to do? Nothing!
Effective July 1, 2009:
- CoolCoyotes will continue to service your website with absolutely no change in service or rate
- If you are a Deluxe or Ministry website customer, your billing/payment information will be provided to CoolCoyotes by Option Line and we will begin billing and collecting payments from you beginning in July.
- Your center will remain listed at the Option Line center finder pages. However, Your website link on the OptionLine.com center finder will be removed. (Please contact us to learn the impact this will have on your individual centers. For most of our clients, less than .2% of your visitor traffic was generated by this link.)
Change can also be a great thing and in this case, we view this shift as exciting opportunity for our clients. For existing Deluxe clients, you can now upgrade to our new Center 2.0 program for no set up fee and an increased monthly charge from $60 to $89/month. By upgrading to our new package, you’ll be able to:
- Change any content on your site
- Update your health or abortion information
- Link to resources
- Add social networking, blogs, forums, surveys
If you don’t want any changes to your site, CoolCoyotes will continue to host, provide email support, generate valuable web analytic reports and maintain your current content with no change in rate.
